My father uses this expression to convey extreme joy over the circumstances regarding any given situation. "I was just offered a great new job & I'm dating a supermodel moderator -I'm over the moon!" Y a-t-il en français une phrase semblable? Merci d'avance.

Note: Please do not confuse this phrase with: over the rainbow (cinglé)
