I saw this on the chatroom, and i don’t know how to interpret this."There is a small percentage of people that are not gonna feel comfortable that we can immerse into our world"
Does the that here means when?And this sentence as a whole what does it possibly mean ?

No idea what it means. I think it's pretty awful English, and my guess is that whoever wrote it has a hard time expressing his thoughts clearly.

Maybe it means the level of enjoy and devote which other people can stand with or feel comfortable?

What "world" is "our world"? The speaker is using "our world" to mean some specific area that "we" get immersed in.
