'implicitly' vs 'ingenuously'

Q. Now that I realize the extent of your chicanery, I feel that it will be impossible for me to trust you ________ in the future.

a. implicitly
b. infallibly
c. ingenuously
d. inconsistently

I thought 'ingenuously' was correct, but 'implicitly' also seems correct.
What is your opinion?

    The standard collocation is "trust implicitly". "Trust ingenuously" doesn't work, I'm afraid.
