Hello everyone:

Is there a difference between ''in the right state of mind" and " in a right state of mind"?

Which is correct or better?

a. Anyone in the right state of mind wouldn’t do such a stupid thing.
b. Anyone in a right state of mind wouldn’t do such a stupid thing.
Source: myself

Thanks

No one in his right mind would do such a stupid thing.

I have a hard time imagining saying "anyone wouldn't..." I'd say no one would.
