"In the distance, the brigde began to loom over the rooftops".
¿Alguien podría ayudarme a traducir esta frase? Yo había puesto:
"A lo lejos, el puente Golden Gate se perfilaba sobre el horizonte por encima de los tejados", pero no sé si está bien.

    It took me a while to realise that "brigde" in the title of your post actually meant "bridge"...

    Assuming you're right that this is about the Golden Gate bridge (as opposed to some other bridge!) then your translation is fine.

    in my opinio from the very begining your translation was perfect, but just for the sake of trying to polish it, i would say "el puente se vislumbra", that sounds cream in spanish.
