Hi, I have some difficulties in understanding perfectly this sentence, which I have to translate, in the field of Gambling : a gaming organisation commits to stakeholder engagement.

It has just been said that "Engagement shall cover issues that are material to the stakeholders and the individual member."

The sentence is:

"In the breadth of stakeholders that are being invited XXXX shall be inclusive."

My try:
"XXXX doit impérativement convier la totalité des parties prenantes concernées."

Could you please tell me if I understood correctly this expression?

Thanks for your time and help.

Is that the whole sentance, it sounds odd! Could you give us a hint about what XXXX is, ie. a person, a company, an amount of money, a service... ?

And yes, it's the whole sentence. Broadly the document is compliant with standards of correct writing, but this sentence... is rare, as you said.

In this case, I think your understanding must be correct and its just an unusual construction of

"XXXX shall invite as great a breadth of types of stakeholders as possible"
