    Indonesia - Indonesian

It's from Javanese language (bahasa Jawa) "mengeler". In Indonesian is "diseret" "menyeret" (to drag): to pull (someone or something) along forcefully, roughly, or with difficulty.

The other meaning is "digelandang (paksa)" "menggelandang (paksa)" (to escort a criminal): to accompany (someone or something) somewhere, especially for protection or security in criminal case.
