I don't get "Industrial Revolution brought through industrialization." Does it mean "industrialization wielded its power by industrial revolution"? Simply a wild guess.

*****************
The Information Age (also known as the Computer Age, Digital Age, or New Media Age) is a historic period in the 21st century characterized by the rapid shift from traditional industry that the Industrial Revolution brought through industrialization, to an economy based on information technology. The onset of the Information Age is associated with the Digital Revolution, just as the Industrial Revolution marked the onset of the Industrial Age.

The last sentence makes it clear what’s meant, but the one you’re querying is extraordinarily badly written. I would paraphrase it as:

The Information Age … is a historic period in the 21st century characterized by a rapid shift from traditional industry to an economy based on information technology, which echoes the shift to industrialization that took place during the Industrial Revolution.

In your sentence "through" = "by". Both prepositions are instrumental in their effect. ("Through" tends to have a nuance of the change being a process with a noticeable duration.)
