Does the following sentence make sense?

I love roasted noodle. The ingredients are seafood, such as mussel and shrimp.( Does it sound natural???)

I have no idea what this dish is, but shouldn't noodles be part of the ingredients too? (sorry if I'm just making a fool of myself :D)

So you should probably say "the ingredients include"

Well, anyway, I doubt this dish is solely made out of seafood. So I still think there should either be a list: "the ingredients are: water, seafood, blah blah," or "the ingredients include."
