institute or institution? of statute of limitations

    I am translating the contents of expert opinion containing the following, would you prefer here the word institution or institute?




    Relation of the Institution of Good Moral Practice and Fair Business Practice to a Plea of Statute of Limitations in Decisions by the Czech Courts

    Institution of statute of limitations [when something becomes statute-barred]

    I think you might get better help if you were to provide the full paragraph in which the phrases appear. It is very hard to understand what is intended without more.

    Agree with Ricardo. Not "institute" and maybe not "institution" either.
