Hi,
What would be a correct translation for "une bactérie d'intérêt alimentaire" ?

I am quite sure that "a bacteria with food interest" is not a good translation":confused:. Help, please !! ;)

    I see what you mean. Do you think that "a bacteria used in food processes" could be right ?

    I understand that all bacterias are not bad, and some of them are interesting, for a reason or another, to reach, maybe, a well-balanced diet?

    Actually, it is a bacteria used in cheese ripening and sometimes as probiotics !:) (Not all bacteria are bad !!)
