je voudrais savoir si "des clients qui suscitent un interêt commercial" voudrait dire "customers that give rise to a commercial concern "?

Je pense qu'il faudrait connaître le contexte. Des clients suscitent toujours un intérêt commercial, par définition, n'est-ce pas?
Give rise to a commercial concern n'est pas clair du tout.

here's the passage I'm working on " la carte de fidelité et la variété de prestations proposées sont mises en place pour récompenser les voyageurs ,qui de par l‘intérêt commercial qu’ils suscitent, fréquentent assudiment nos lignes" I have already posted a thread and Marcolo gave me "client who are a marketing target" I think that it fits this context ..what do you think ?
