Is there a way to express the following without the word access?
I can access the internet with my mobile.
I have access to the internet.

It should be simple but correct.

I usually hear go on the internet/web (AE).
But you can go to a specific webpage.

EDIT: I guess people think of internet as a giant spider web, which is why you're usually on the internet, rather than in the internet.
