intrapresa, as a noun

Hi all,
I don't seem to be able to find any reference - not even a WordReference :) - to "intrapresa" as a noun. And yet this Italian gentleman says about his grandfather:
"Aldilà dell’intrapresa della sua visione titanica di portare avanti il ruolo sociale dell’imprenditore..."
I imagine it means something like - very loosely - "beyond his attempt to achieve his titanic vision of enhancing the social role of the entrepreneur...", but since this is imagination rather than translation, I'd really appreciate some input by someone who actually knows this word.
