In VOA special English level 2 there is sentence:

You might find a doctor willing to order them. However, spinal fluid tests are somewhat invasive, and brain scans can cost up to $6,000.

What is meaning of the ''invasive''?Does it mean popular?

Did you look up "invasive" in the WR dictionary, Nguyen?
In your context, it is the third definition that applies:
requiring the entry of a needle, catheter, or other instrument into a part of the body, esp. in a diagnostic procedure, as a biopsy.
