My only question is about the word "propietarios", as the translation (and original) are a bit unclear to me. What do they own?

they are owner apartments in a condo.

It would be better to call them "residents" if the discount applies to anyone residing in one of the condos. "Owners" sounds a little strange and, while it would probably be OK, could be misinterpreted as owners of the restaurant or pool.

Most of then are not residents, because this owners rent their apartmens for vacations.
