Which sentence is right? Is there a difference here. Thank You.

Every student involved in the project.
Every student was involved in the project.

The first example isn't a complete sentence. It can't work as an independent clause. You need a finite verb.

Edit: I think I understand why you thought it was a full sentence. It looks like you thought you could use "involved" in the active voice, like "participated" for instance, but you can't.

Every student involved in the project.:cross:
Every student was involved in the project.:tick:
Every student involved himself in the project. :tick:
Every student participated in the project. :tick:

You could also say something like this:
Every student involved in the project did a good job.
= Every student who was involved in the project did a good jop.
