Suppose that you receive a coupon from a store clerk, which says, "This coupon is valid until March 1, 2019." You would like to ask a question about it. I have written down two similar questions below.

(1) Is it still valid on March 1st?

(2) Will it still be valid on March 1st?

Which tense is correct? Thanks.
