Is there an email address that you check often?

大家好！

I have some Chinese tutoring students online (to whom I teach French) and I was wondering how to ask "Is there an email address that you check often?" in Chinese.
Would anyone know how to translate this? (It doesn't necessarily have to be 直译）

    How does it sound if I word it like that? Does it sound 别扭?

    I think it would be more natural without the comma and the "啊": "常用的邮箱你有没有？"
    And if I say the sentence it would also be: "你有常用邮箱吗？"
     
    1、你们有经常看的电子邮箱吗？如果有，请把邮箱账号发给我，以后我们交流会用到。
    2、你们方便把经常看的电子邮箱账号发我一下吗？
