كانت ولاءاتهم مع أعراقهم أو مع ولاياتهم.

Their loyalties were with their ethnicities or with their provinces.
 
    • There doesn’t have to be.
    ولاء is quite enough.
    ولاؤهم كان لأعراقهم أو ولاياتهم/أقاليمهم
