Is this two sentences or one?

"You lucky girl, no wonder you wanted to come back."

I think it's a comma splice, but I'm not sure. This sentence came from "Gone With the Wind, Scarlett".

I am not a "native" speaker, but I believe that a sentence ends with a period or an exclamation point or a question mark.

So your example is one sentence.

mano13's alteration, however, makes it two sentences.
