So I’m talking with my friend, last Sunday wasn’t a good day for her and I wanna say that despite that we can still go out tomorrow. I’m wondering if “it didn’t go well last Sunday” and “last Sunday didn’t go great” sound ok. They don’t sound foreign to me at all but I wanna make sure.

The expression "...didn't go great" isn't grammatically correct, but I don't see any reason why you shouldn't use it informally in the context of a casual conversation between close friends. :)

Oh, and welcome to the forum, by the way. :)
