I wanted to know whether this sentence was grammatically correct and conveyed its meaning:
It doesn't matter whether he knows 5 foreign languages, in order to have a job in management he still should have managing capabilities.
Thanks in advance,

    Hi~

Your sentence is basically correct and understandable to me, but i would suggest that you change the word "要求“, which means "require, demand" and doesn't look quite suitable here. You could use "取得“ or "得到" instead.

A better way to form this sentence would be 无论是否掌握了五门外语,为了能取得经理的职务,他仍需具备管理能力。 Hope it helps~
