It figures

De quelle façon traduisez-vous "it figures" seul dans une phrase ?

Le contexte : une personne apprend après la disparition de ses parent, que son frère est sous libération conditionnelle pour vol.

Merci d'avance.

In the song "Ironic" performed by Alanis Morissette, what does "it figures" mean at the end of the chorus ? Here is the context :

It´s like rain on your wedding day
It´s a free ride when you´ve already paid
It´s the good advice that you just didn´t take
Who would ´ve thought … it figures

How would you translate this in french ?
    Thank you

Don't you French say, C'est normal for that ( = on aurait pu s'attendre à ça)?
    À propos,
    1. Bienvenu(e) au forum, ukelele!
    2. Ëvidemment, tu ne le sais pas encore, mais la règle, c'est que, tout d'abord, tu fasses un petit effort pour traduire la phrase toi-même,
    quelque pauvre qu'il soit.

Thanks a lot Arrius for helping me.
Your translation makes totally sense in the song "Ironic".
I wasn't aware of that rule concerning a first translation. I will remember it for the next time.
