Aussi, ça me fait plaisir à coudre les confections pour mon marie, tels que les chemises. Quand il les portes, je me sens bien (feel good inside).

Also, it gives me pleasure to sew creations for my husband, such as shirts. When he wears them, I get a good feeling inside (it makes me feel good).

Translation s.v.p.

Merci bien.

Which translation are you asking for? I would say what's in parenthesis in the French sentence, but as it's not the same thing as in English, I really wonder.

You've got some mistakes in the French sentence:
Aussi, ça me fait plaisir de coudre des confections pour mon mari, telles que les chemises. Quand il les porte, je me sens bien.

Telles is feminine because it refers to confections. About this latter word, I would say it's not the best translation for creations. Why didn't you keep créations in French?

Your translation is right, except 'plaisir de coudre des' and 'porte'.

'Confections' is Ok ('créations' would be Ok too). Maybe in everyday life I would more naturally use 'vêtements' instead:
'Aussi, ça me fait plaisir de coudre des vêtements pour mon mari, tels que des chemises. Quand il les porte, je me sens bien'.

    Just a small suggestion:
'Aussi, ça me fait plaisir de coudre des vêtements pour mon mari, tels que des chemises. Quand il porte mes créations, je me sens bien'.
