* The literal translation "mind your health" might be understood that he assumes you are unfit. But in Japanese, this is a set-phrase of well-wishing, "I hope you stay healthy (which you are today)."

** Again, a bit different wording from the English set-phrase but the meaning is, "I wish you all the best both at work and in private life." Even the form is polite order or request, the message is anything but domineering.
