I went to Everland which is one of well-known amusement parks in Korea. It was 2010 when I went there for the last time.
I'm about to post a picture on facebook, but I'm a little confused about the grama.

'It has been 5 years since I went to Everland.'

'It had been 5 years since I went to Everland.'

Which one is correct?

Yes, the first one is correct. You are looking at the situation from the viewpoint of now, so the present perfect "it has been" is the only one of your options that works.

Suppose you went to Everland in 2010 and suppose you are today describing the situation as it was in 2012. You would say "It had been two years since I went/had been to Everland."
