It is a little cloudy

Senior Member
Hello, my friends,

I was wondering whether the underlined part is idiomatic:

A: What is the weather like?

B: It is a little cloudy.

Thoughts and context: I told my friend there are not that much cloud but it can be called a cloudy day today.

Talking with a friend you would undoubtedly say "It's". The rest is good.
