Hi,

It is an enterprise individually funded by Bob, which is engaged in creating of fim scripts.

Do you find this sentence odd? And why?

Why are you asking? Do you find it odd? And why?
    Now I find it acceptable.

    Let me change the sentence:

    1. The company has been sold, which is engaged in creating of fim scripts.

    2. In the company, everyone works hard, which is engaged in creating of fim scripts.

How about those 2 sentences? Do you find them acceptable?

All three sentences are unacceptable, but proofreading is not allowed on the forum, so unless you have a specific question, I've gone beyond what I should have.

There is one constant error in all your sentences, which is the ending. You do not need the word "of"; simply say "engaged in creating fim scripts".

Other than that, do as Copyright suggests.
