Change in business systems occur interpedently with change in institutions. It might be thought of as a mutual dependence across sub-sphere.

Is "mutual dependence" correct? I wouldn't like to repeat "interdepence"...
How does it sound?

Hi. Why do we need to insert of between thought and as?
    Isn't of as superfluous?
