Hi,
Last night, a missionary told me that some local people here did pass gass in public, so he wondered if it was ok to do so for everyone here. And I tried to explain to him that it was a personal/individual behavior/stuff. "Never think that all of us are so rude."
How should I say the bold correctly? Thanks in advance.

I don't believe I would say that in response, if I wanted to say that it was inappropriate. I would simply say some people have bad manners, or some people do embarrassing things, or even most of us would never do that.
