I was recently thinking of how to translate "I haven't slept well the past few nights. I've been tired all day." into Chinese. Would you say "我这几个夜没睡好。一整天很累."? (How can you differentiate "I'm tired all day" (in general) and "I've been tired all day" (=referring to today) in Chinese?)

Thanks! :)

    Thanks, Simon! :)

Would "一整天很累" also sound ok here or does it sound 别扭?

For some reason I feel a <都> must be added between 一整天 and 很累。 I can't explain it though.
I was thinking of adding a "都", but I wasn't sure if it was necessary or not. It looks like it often is, right?
    Thanks, T.D! :)

"I'm tired all day" (in general)
(the tricky one)

"I've been tired all day" (=referring to today)

    Ambiguous, may mean both:
    我整天都很累。
