jogging pants, jogging trousers, sweatpants, joggers

Spanish- Argentina
Are they synonyms? Could you explain the differences? (Especially, what's the name for "the ugly ones", the ones you may wear at home with a rusty T-shirt?) Thank you so much!

"Sweatpants" and "jogging pants" sound normal to me, SSS. "Joggers" and "jogging trousers" are possible, but I sure don't think they are necessary terms in AE.

I'd use "sweatpants" to label an ugly pair of sweatpants.

Many women jog in shorts or tights. We could be more specific if you give us links to pictures of the kinds of pants you're asking about.
