Hi everyone,

I want to streamline the sentence below:

"This seminar is jointly organized by the Office of Research Affairs, Office of Student Affairs and Office of Academic Affairs."

So, is the sentence below correct?

"This seminar is jointly organized by the Office of Research & Student & Academic Affairs."

I'm not sure if "Office" is correct. Or should it be "Offices"?

Your advice is always a big help.
Thank you.

    Yes, it should be Offices:
This seminar is jointly organized by the Offices of Research, of Student Affairs, and of Academic Affairs.
Personally, I wouldn't would write it this way, at least not in a formal acknowledgment, which is what this seems to be. I would write it out in full:
.. by the Office of Research Affairs, the Office of Student Affairs and the Office of Academic Affairs.
