    I would like to translate from Spanish to English this:

    "En mi equipo de fútbol no tengo titulares o suplentes, todos mantienen intactas las posiblidades de jugar desde el arranque del partido"

    How would this be said by regular people and reporters in the states.

    encontré estos términos:
    titular: first-team player
    suplente: substitute player

    Lo que no sé es en qué contexto se utilizan (periodístico o cotidiano)....

    In my football (soccer) team I don't have first-team (regular) players or substitutes (substitute players), all have the possibility of playing from the start of the match (game).
    Las palabras entre paréntesis suenan más estadounidense en mi opinión.
