Just the way you are

I was listening to a song , there was a line in that song:
You are beautiful just the way you are.
My question is whether I can replace " just the way" with just like.

    I imagine you would break the meter of the line if you substituted two syllables for a three-syllable expression.

    And "just the way you are" is lyrical, while "just like you are" is not particularly.
