Is 'keep track of ' the same meaning as 'follow'?
" A computer can keep track of sales trends."
Thanks.

"A computer can keep track of sales trends." is a good sentence.

Keep track of doesn't exactly mean follow. It also has the senses of the verbs preserve and maintain.
