I am in desperate need of some help here,I got this message emailed to me and have no idea what it says as I do not speak a word of Japanese.Please help....

I think it means, "you are not always alone".

Actually this sentence is rather ambiguous wihout context: it can be "always not alone" or "not always alone".

I would say,
kimi-wa itsudatte hitori janai (for always not alone) and
kimi-wa itsumo hitori toiu koto-wa nai (for not always alone).
