I just came up with a question. I work for a multinational company and I was wonderinf if use 'kindly regards' is correct. I use it this way:

Dear Customer,
Thank youi for your e-mail. Please, notice I'll be out of the office from February 5th to 7th with limited access to e-mail or voice mail. If you have an URGENT request, please contact:
John Dubeau at
0000-000-000
jdub@something.com
Kindly regards,
Cirylle.

Hopefully, you can help me to clarify this.

No, it's not correct. You can say "kind regards" if you want, but "regards" by itself is fine.

Kindly regards sounds odd to me. How about "sincerely"? or "regards"? "Best" would also work. I think you could probably use "kind regards" as well.
