Hello
I would like to know the correct translation of "La Fornarina".
I have read that it means "Baker's daughter", however, I have also been given other translations.
Thank you in advance.

fornarina, out of any context, is "little bakeress"

La Fornarina is a nickname. Since you wrote that in caps, I guess you're referring to the paintings by Raffaello Sanzio, who was probably in love with her, since he got so much inspiration! :D

"Little bakeress" is a good translation, but always use "La Fornarina" when referring to wonderful Raffaello's painting! ;)
