Hi all. I suppose "siniestro" can have two different meanings in a single document? This is from a Guatemalan group agricultural insurance contract (against drought and excess rain). I have translated siniestro as "loss" thus far, but in the following sentence, it seems to mean drought or excess rain rather than the resulting loss. I'm thinking to translate it as "disaster". Your suggestions?
