la moulée - à fabrique des moulées

    J'ai besoin di traduire les phrases avec ce mot en anglais. Il paraìt a plusieurs reprises dans ce document canadien et je ne sais pas donc si c'est du québecois.

    Le contexte:
    "Il dit écoute, achète-toi une meunerie, pis tu feras la moulée pour la compagnie. " et plus tard dans le document
    "C’est une compagnie complètement à part, qui elle à fabrique
    des moulées
    pour Jean Pasteur."

    Ma traduction:
    "He says listen, you buy the mill for yourself and you will do the _____ for the company."
    "It's a completely separate company, ___________ for Jean Pasteur."

    This is in fact French Canadian but it is not proper French (or even proper French Canadian).

    "à" is sometimes used to mean "elle" in spoken québécois, but I've never seen it written that way.

    "moulée" is, litteraly, "meal", a granular form of livestock feed. It's not fodder, though. It contains way more protein.

    In Canada, the term "feed grain" is also used for "moulée".
