is there any idioms in English equivalent to this one?
the goose that laid the golden eggs, often referred to as the golden goose
but how will i translate it given the following context:
telephonie mobile: la poule aux oeufs d'or
Mobile telephones: the goose that lays the golden eggs.
i would like to use the term "gold mine" or "treasure trove" but i couldn't find the right phrase that would fit.
Mobile telephones: a true goldmine/treasure trove.
This, however, is not an accurate translation of the French original...
oh, right. thanks!
In modern colloquial: a cash machine, an A.T.M.
Separate names with a comma.
