I'm translating a comic for a friend of mine, and in the comic there's this line:

"mais ne pas tarder a se ruer vers la première chambre froide active venue..."

Now I get it says, "but don't waste time rushing to the first..." now, the first "cold active chamber.." and then "venue"?

    Thanks everyone!

Hello speiss and welcome to the forums! :)

Le premier X venu / la première X venue means (just) any X.

In other words, the phrase should be translated as something like:

… rushing to just any active cold chamber.
