Hi all!

Can anyone help me translate the text below to English? I'm not quite sure what they mean...

"Autogrill España aportará la caja restante hasta financiar el volumen total de la oferta".

AND

"La suma del número de acciones respecto de las que se hubiera aceptado la oferta más los 7 mil acciones que aportará Altadis a Raf SA, por un medio (1/2), y por el precio por acción de Aldeasa ofrecido en esta folleto".


I'm reading a very technical Spanish document and I'm a having a hard time understanding it.

Please, could you help me understand the above mentioned phrases?
