I tried to google on previous threads to find some help, but could not find any.

Would school theatrical laboratory be a fitting translation for laboratorio teatrale scolastico or would workshop be better? I cannot provide more context unfortunately as it is mentioned in a CV.

How about (scholastic) theatrical workshop/studio? For a CV I would probably prefer "workshop."

Workshop emphasizes the fact that a lot of teaching and attention to individual acting styles were involved. Studio seems slightly more casual to me.

Why scholastic and not "school". Sorry, just for me to learn

"School" is normally a noun and "scholastic" is the proper adjective form. "School" can be used in this phrase (especially in the USA), but I would rather use "scholastic" for something formal such as a CV.
