Please, I have no clue on Japanese, but I need this name for a game my buddies and I are playing.

How do I say:

"Land of Eagles" or "Kingdom of Eagles" or "Realm of Eagles" or anything like "Domain of Eagles"?

"Kingdom of Eagles" is 鷲の王国.

washi no kuni (鷲の国) for Land of Eagles, note kuni （国）: land, country and okoku （王国）: realm, kingdom, with the kanjis meaning King and Country, but the reading is different (kuni/koku).
O can also be spelt Ou (long O).
