l'arrêté portant sur

Can anyone please help me translate "l'arrété portant" as it appears in the following extract from a mail relating to planning application approval just received from the authorities-

la Mairie édite cette semaine l'arrété portant sur le Permis de Construire.

I've translated as:

The town hall will release this week the documents relating to the construction permit

but not sure if "documents relating to" suffices?

Many thanks

    Hi Nayna;

    'Arrêté' is a by-law, order, or statement.

    'Relative to' or 'pertaining to' sounds fine to me.
