later that night

Hi, everyone=)
I came across a sentence in my textbook:
"Last night, I watched a really interesting TV show with my parents before bed. The show was about yetis. I enjoyed it very much. But, later that night, I dreamed of a yeti. ......"

What time does "later that night" refer to?
Thanks in advance~

Because he was dreaming it had to be some time after he went to bed and some time before he got out of bed in the morning. We don't knew when exactly. Even if it was after midnight it's still considered part of that night when referring to sleep.
