laugh away

"Laugh away", tiene el mismo sentido de "Laugh", es decir, en este caso sería "Rianse!"
Está dicho aquí:
"Fat lot you know about prayer. There wasn't time for the Thirty Days' Prayer, you idiot. I had to get something much quicker."
"And she found it in the Evening Herald"
"Oh, laugh away, the pair of you." She was huffed now.

Muchas gracias de antemano.

I'd say it's more like "¡No me importa si les ríen!" She's not actually telling them to laugh, just saying that they can if they want to.
